WELLNESS FUNDING

Care begins before.
Support continues after.

Funding is one part of the journey. Preparation, clinical screening and integration matter, too.

A path to
explore together.

Project Life Spark helps eligible Canadian first responders and military veterans access clinically guided psychedelic-assisted therapy at international specialty facilities.

Funding decisions and clinical suitability are separate. Applying is a first step, not a guarantee of funding or treatment.

01

Before the experience

Ibogaine carries cardiac risks and can be contraindicated with certain prescription medications. Screening by the retreat centre's clinical team helps determine suitability.

Any medication changes belong with your prescriber. Preparation creates space for questions, expectations and the work ahead. Read the research and risks.

02

During the retreat

Wellness Funding helps eligible participants access clinically guided psychedelic-assisted therapy at international specialty facilities.

03

After returning home

Integration support helps participants reflect on their experience and work through what it means in everyday life.

WITH MINDFUL CONVERSATIONS

Four sessions to prepare.
Four to integrate.

Mindful Conversations provides psychotherapy for first responders and military veterans navigating trauma, operational stress, moral injury and life transitions.

Its 4x4 Preparation & Integration Program combines individual and group sessions before and after psychedelic treatment experiences. Participants have space to prepare psychologically, process their experiences and work toward meaningful changes in everyday life. Project Life Spark includes this support alongside each retreat clinic’s own preparation and aftercare.

Mindful Conversations provides psychotherapy. It does not supply or administer psychedelic substances. Scheduling, practitioner arrangements and benefit coverage should be confirmed with the team.

Room to prepare.
Time to make sense of it.

Questions, intentions and emotional preparation before the experience. Reflection and support for daily life afterward.

BEFORE YOU MAKE PLANS

Clear expectations.
Individual decisions.

Costs and travel

Program costs vary. Participants are asked to contribute a personally meaningful amount. Travel is generally the participant’s responsibility; individual exceptions may be considered. Confirm your full funding and expense breakdown before booking anything.

Your care, your consent

Clinical partners assess suitability and explain treatment risks and alternatives. Optional outcome tracking is a separate decision and does not determine funding eligibility.
