Brief to the Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs

Project Life Spark: Evidence Submitted to Parliament

Policy Action Update: Project Life Spark has submitted its comprehensive Brief to the House of Commons Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs for the study on Suicide Prevention.

Watch as our Founder details the unacceptable policy gap that forces Canadian veterans and first responders to seek life-saving treatment abroad to recieve ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT. The evidence is clear: the protocol we support was shown in the Stanford Study to reduce suicidal ideation from 47% down to 0% and 83% of the individuals who reported PTSI symptoms no longer met the criteria.

Our commitment is to launch the Canadian Signal Study to generate the data Parliament needs to create further discussion and fund further research into making this treatment available not only for our veterans and first responders, but for all Canadians.

Watch the full video for the evidence and our plan for policy reform.
