Corporate & Legal Information
Project Life Spark was federally incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 2025 under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act. We are currently pursuing registered charity status with the Canada Revenue Agency.
Financial Accountability
As a new organization, our first fiscal year is currently in progress. Upon its conclusion and the approval of our Board of Directors, our audited financial statements and our T3010 Registered Charity Information Return (once charity status is obtained) will be made available here. We are committed to full financial transparency.
